Upside Down Asparagus Tart
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package of pizza dough @caremoliglutenfree
- 4 asparagus
- 3-4 onion slices
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Spread the honey on the prepared baking sheet
- Top with the asparagus and onions
- Sprinkle with salt and 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- Place the dough on top of the tomatoes
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the asparagus and onions are soft
- Let cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving plate
