Upside Down Asparagus Tart

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package of pizza dough @caremoliglutenfree
  • 4 asparagus
  • 3-4 onion slices
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Spread the honey on the prepared baking sheet
  • Top with the asparagus and onions
  • Sprinkle with salt and 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Place the dough on top of the tomatoes
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the asparagus and onions are soft
  • Let cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving plate
