Tomato Tart
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack of Caremoli Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix made according to package directions
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup pesto
- Fresh basil for topping
- Salt + Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Divide pizza dough into 8 equal portions
- Using your hands or a rolling pin, create 8 square tarts
- Top each with olive oil
- Bake at 430 degrees F for approximately 7-10 minutes
- Remove from oven and top with cheese, tomatoes, pesto, basil, salt and pepper
