INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 pack of Caremoli Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix made according to package directions
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • Fresh basil for topping
  • Salt + Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  • Divide pizza dough into 8 equal portions
  • Using your hands or a rolling pin, create 8 square tarts
  • Top each with olive oil
  • Bake at 430 degrees F for approximately 7-10 minutes
  • Remove from oven and top with cheese, tomatoes, pesto, basil, salt and pepper
