INGREDIENTS:

1 package of pizza dough, thawed

4 slices of heirloom tomatoes

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon olive oil

Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread the honey on the prepared baking sheet.

Top with the tomato slices.

Sprinkle with salt and 1/2 tablespoon olive oil.

Place the dough on top of the tomatoes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the tomatoes are soft.
- Let cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
