Traditional Bruschetta
INGREDIENTS:
- Your Caremoli Gluten Free Bread
- 1 garlic clove
- 2/3 tsp salt
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 3 tbsp + 1 tsp olive oil
- 9 oz matured tomatoes
- 8 basil’s leaves
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Follow the instructions on the Bread Mix packaging to prepare your loaf
- Once the loaf(s) are ready, cut into 4 slices
- Keep the slices aside
- Wash and dry tomatoes
- Chop them and add oregano, salt and oil
- Heat a pan for about a minute
- Place slices of bread and let them toast slightly
- Rub slices with garlic and place tomatoes on top
- Use the basil’s leaves to decorate and serve
