Double Chocolate Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 + ¼ cup Cookie Mix
- 3 + 3/4 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 egg
- 1 stick softened butter
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 ½ Tbsp vanilla-flavored powdered sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Soften the butter
- Preheat the oven to 340°F
- In a bowl place the softened butter and the egg
- Add vanilla extract and honey to the milk and then pour it into the bowl
- Mix for few minutes
- Add Cookie Mix, cocoa powder and chocolate chips
- Mix with a spatula until you obtain a totally combined batter
- Now your batter is ready
- Put the dough in the fridge and let it rest for 2 hours
- Remove the dough from the fridge and make 8-10 scoops (ice cream scooper is recommended for perfect cookies!)
- Press them down a little with your hands or with the spatula
- Bake for 12-13 minutes at 340° F in ventilated oven
- Let the cookies cool and then spread powdered sugar all over
- Add some chocolate chips to decorate
