Double Chocolate Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 + ¼ cup Cookie Mix
  • 3 + 3/4 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ Tbsp vanilla-flavored powdered sugar

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Soften the butter
  • Preheat the oven to 340°F
  • In a bowl place the softened butter and the egg
  • Add vanilla extract and honey to the milk and then pour it into the bowl
  • Mix for few minutes
  • Add Cookie Mix, cocoa powder and chocolate chips
  • Mix with a spatula until you obtain a totally combined batter
  • Now your batter is ready
  • Put the dough in the fridge and let it rest for 2 hours
  • Remove the dough from the fridge and make 8-10 scoops (ice cream scooper is recommended for perfect cookies!)
  • Press them down a little with your hands or with the spatula
  • Bake for 12-13 minutes at 340° F in ventilated oven
  • Let the cookies cool and then spread powdered sugar all over
  • Add some chocolate chips to decorate
