Balsamic & Spinach Flatbread

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 pack of Caremoli Gluten Free Bread Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp yeast
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh bruschetta
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  • Preheat oven to 390 degrees F
  • Make bread dough according to package instructions
  • Divide into 4 equal portions
  • Add to a lined baking sheet and press down, creating a thin layer in a circle shape
  • Top with cheese and garlic and herb seasoning
  • Bake for 20 minutes
  • Remove from oven and top with chopped spinach, bruschetta and balsamic glaze
