Balsamic & Spinach Flatbread
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack of Caremoli Gluten Free Bread Mix
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp yeast
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1-2 tbsp garlic and herb seasoning
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh bruschetta
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 390 degrees F
- Make bread dough according to package instructions
- Divide into 4 equal portions
- Add to a lined baking sheet and press down, creating a thin layer in a circle shape
- Top with cheese and garlic and herb seasoning
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Remove from oven and top with chopped spinach, bruschetta and balsamic glaze
