Shipping & Returns Policy
We process order for shipping Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If an order is placed on a weekend or on a holiday, then it will be processed the following business day. All orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm EST will begin processing the same business day. Allow 24-48 hours for processing pending merchandise availability and credit authorization.
All Caremoli Gluten Free packages are shipped using FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Free shipping on orders of $40+ applies to item subtotal only and does not include shipping fees or taxes. Free shipping on orders of $40+ applies only for the 48 continental states of the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
Multiple Item Order
If an order contains multiple items, they may be sent to you in individual packages from different locations. If this is the case, you will receive an email notification as soon as each shipment is sent to you with individual shipping information, such as tracking number and items within that individual shipment.
Once an order has been placed, we do not accept returns of any product included in the order, with the exception of:
- a product that was damaged in shipment or otherwise arrived to you in damaged condition; or
- a product that had a defect or quality issue at the time of delivery.
In the event that one of these cases occurs, you must notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery of your item via an e-mail to:
firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "REQUEST FOR REFUND". Include your order number and a photo of the damaged and / or defective product in the email. After the issue is confirmed, you will have the option to receive a refund for damaged items or replacement products at no additional cost. If you choose to receive a refund and your request has been approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
