Streaky Peach & Chocolate Loafs

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package Caremoli Gluten Free Muffin Mix
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 1/3 cup softened butter
  • 7 tablespoons milk
  • ½ cup dark chocolate
  • 2 medium size peeled peaches
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar to sprinkle

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F
  • In a large bowl whisk eggs
  • Add milk and vanilla extract while whisking
  • Add 50% of the flour and the softened butter and keep mixing
  • Add the rest of the flour
  • Melt chocolate in a double boiler and then let it cool for approximately 15 minutes
  • Once cooled, add chocolate to the batter and stir it gently in a way that the two colors remain separate
  • Peel and chop the two peaches and add them to the batter
  • Pour the batter into some paper baking cases and bake for approximately 35-40 minutes
  • Once ready, let your loafs cool, sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve them with some slices of peach
