Streaky Peach & Chocolate Loafs
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package Caremoli Gluten Free Muffin Mix
- 3 medium eggs
- 1/3 cup softened butter
- 7 tablespoons milk
- ½ cup dark chocolate
- 2 medium size peeled peaches
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar to sprinkle
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- In a large bowl whisk eggs
- Add milk and vanilla extract while whisking
- Add 50% of the flour and the softened butter and keep mixing
- Add the rest of the flour
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler and then let it cool for approximately 15 minutes
- Once cooled, add chocolate to the batter and stir it gently in a way that the two colors remain separate
- Peel and chop the two peaches and add them to the batter
- Pour the batter into some paper baking cases and bake for approximately 35-40 minutes
- Once ready, let your loafs cool, sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve them with some slices of peach
