Bread Loaf with Sunflower Seeds
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package Caremoli Gluten Free Bread Mix
- 1 + ¾ cups of water at 95° F
- 1 tablespoon corn oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon brewer’s yeast
- Sunflower seeds as desired
- 1 tablespoon olive oil to sprinkle
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 85°F
- Dissolve yeast in 1 cup of 95°F water and stir with a fork
- In a bowl, pour 1 package of Caremoli Gluten Free Bread Mix, add the water with yeast, ¾ cup of remaining water, olive oil and corn oil.
- Stir the mixture with a silicone spatula
- Divide the dough in two equal parts
- Move the doughs into 2 rectangular molds
- Place the 2 molds in the oven at 95°F, turn it off and let rise for 1 hour with the oven light on
- Remove the 2 molds and turn on the oven to 370°F while keeping the dough at room temperature
- Brush the bread with a little olive oil and sprinkle with sunflower seeds
- When the oven reaches the desired temperature, bake and cook for about 25 minutes until golden brown
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool
